Returns & Exchanges

At Re-Mix Vintage Shoes, we want you to love your classic footwear. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number to receive a Return Authorization and a pre-paid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original vintage-style box and pack them securely inside a separate shipping carton to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 5 business days.
